Welcome to the Covenant of Green Township

The Covenant of Green Township will be located on West Fork Road off of North Bend with easy access to I-74 and the proposed new Mercy Hospital. This will be our newest facility, scheduled to be completed Winter, 2011. This facility will feature all the amenities and services of our other facilities.
